Where is my order email?

Unfortunately, sometimes gmail marks legitimate email as spam and our emails end up in the spam folder. Check the spam folder of your email account first. If our email has ended up in the spam folder you can whitelist emails coming from our domain so it never happens again.

If you still don’t have the email you can always check your order details out by logging into your account and viewing your order details there.

You can login via the My account/Login link here.

I havent gotten a response to my email yet?

In general I try to take about 24/48 hours to respond to emails but sometimes  it may take longer. There’s also a chance we already responded but the email ended up in your spam folder. Check the spam folder of your email account first. If our email has ended up in the spam folder you can whitelist emails coming from our domain so it never happens again.

If you still don’t have the email you can email us again using the contact form on our contact page found here. Please make sure to select the appropriate department as emails with order numbers take priority.

How do I download my digital item?

After you purchase your digital product it is available for immediate download. You can get your download links from the order receipt we send to your email or you can login to your account and get your download from the “download” section.

How do link charms and phone grip links work?

They are powered with NFC chips and use the same reader your mobile phone uses to process touchless transactions such as apple or google pay. The chip is programed to open a link.

Most newer phones have this capability built in but iPhones & or older may not be NFC compatible.
