Planners are designed to work with Apple devices and The GoodNotes App which is $7.99 in the appstore. You can alternatively download the PDF version of the planner and use it with another app that allows you to read annotated PDF files such as Noteshelf app, xodo app, MetaMoji, OneNote (GoodNotes is the best recommended App)
